In Mexico Viagra is distributed free of charge

In Mexico, men at the age of 70 and older receive free Viagra and other remedies for impotence.

Marcelo Ebrard, the mayor of the city, provides an explanation: “sexuality is directly related to the quality of life and happiness.”

Armando Ahued, City Health Secretary, says that the government will distribute certain doses of Viagra, Levitra or Cialis pills after the first of December.

These doses will be distributed among the three centers, which specialize in sexual health of elderly men. Men should obtain a medical certificate before they get drugs.

Ahued asserts that approximately 112 000 men at the age of 70 and older live in the Federal District with a population of 8.7 million people.

About 20 million people live throughout Mexico.
