Regular Sex Improves Quality of Sperm

An Australian scientist discovered that daily ejaculation within one week improves sperm quality, which in its turn improves a man’s ability for impregnation.
Studies conducted by David Greening, an obstetrician and endocrinologist from Sydney IVF Company, included 118 men whose sperm cells had a high rate of defective DNA. That rate was 15 to 98% (average of 34%).
What remains in sex if we take away lyricism and romance for a moment? First of all, it’s physical activity. It is not as intensive as working out in a gym or jogging, but it is also good. So it includes: muscular work, faster breathing and faster heart rate, which accelerates metabolism in general. Secondly, it provides massage of genital organs for both partners. Thirdly, sex increases production of such hormones as endorphin and oxytocin which are related to sexual arousal and particularly to orgasm.
